My Diet

I eat a vegan diet...it's as simple as that.

Vegan diets are void from all animal products and are rich in fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

I dropped all labels that came after vegan, and now eat intuitively, meaning I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I don't count calories or restrict myself of the foods my body wants and needs. I eat abundantly so in return I can live abundantly.

There is no need for animal products in our diets and there is absolutely nothing in an animal based product that you can't get abundantly from plants.

I eat vegan for my health, for God's animals, for God's creation, and for God's people.

This way of eating has brought nothing but health, happiness and positive energy into my life. 

Don't hate before you try it for yourself.
